Appointment of Mr. Rolland Barbe as Annexair Executive Vice President
Annexair is pleased to formally introduce Rolland Barbe, Eng., MBA, who joined the company a few months ago as Executive Vice President. Since joining Annexair, Rolland has played an active role within the management team, bringing his extensive experience, leadership, and expertise.
With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing management, he brings extensive knowledge of the HVAC industry. His track record with Nortek (Madison Industries) and Wajax reflects his strong operational expertise, strategic vision, and ability to mobilize teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering from ETS and holder of an MBA from UQAM, Rolland has also completed three leadership certifications at Harvard Business School. Recognized for his expertise in operational excellence and digital transformation (ERP/SAP), he promotes a people-focused management approach centered on collaboration, team performance, and innovation.
