Annexair Completes Expansion with Record Order Backlog
Annexair is approaching the final stages of its 150,000 sq. ft. facility expansion, a milestone that will bring its total footprint to 500,000 sq. ft.

Once completed, the site will rank among the largest industrial facilities in Quebec. Production in the new space is expected to begin by the end of 2026.
The expansion will introduce a fully automated production line dedicated to a new generation of Biocomposite panels used in Annexair units, representing a significant step forward in both innovation and performance. The facility will also feature an extensive storage area equipped with one of Canada’s largest mobile racking systems, as well as a spacious goods reception zone. Complementing these additions, a cutting-edge research and development center will include a next-generation climatic testing room.
“Our order backlog has reached record levels, and we continue to see strong market momentum despite recent economic uncertainty. This strategic investment will allow us to scale our production capacity and meet the growing demand for our products,” said François Lemieux, president of Annexair.
Designed in continuity with the existing building, the new section will stand out through its distinctive architecture and employee-focused design. The environment will be clean, climate-controlled, and flooded with natural light through expansive glazing and numerous skylights, enhancing both comfort and productivity.
This increase in production capacity will also drive job creation. Several positions are currently open, with additional opportunities to be introduced in the coming months as the company continues to grow.
Since relocating to Saint-Germain-de-Grantham in 2019, Annexair has maintained strong and consistent sales growth, particularly in the U.S. market, further solidifying its position as a key player in the HVAC industry.
