Ecoref
Annexair recently invested millions of dollars in a brand new modern facility (ecoref) which includes a high tech lab center for unit testing. This state-of-the-art climate chamber is impressive in size and can accommodate any refrigeration systems, both air-cooled and water source heat pump, at all capacities that Annexair can offer. The lab measures approximately 35’ wide by 75’ long by 19’ high and can reach worst case summer conditions of 125°F db at 85°F wb.
This wash-down laboratory is entirely made of PVC and includes equipment such as:
- Up to 100,000 CFM of air volume can be displaced (downdraft concept)
- High capacity humidifier
- Underground 5,000 gallon water tank, closed-loop
- Variable speed Chiller (Annexair made) and Boiler for WSHP testing
- Ducted Air Tunnel with temperature, humidity and CFM probes
- Multiple airflow monitoring systems (Tek-Air)
- Infrared camera for thermal imaging
- Smoke generator for airflow visualization
- Full time technician supervising unit under testing
Web-Testing Service for special projects
Because clients today have less time to travel for witness testing prior to unit shipment, Annexair will launch, by fall 2012, our "web-testing" service.
This service will allow clients to view the unit’s purchased under testing remotely by simply connecting themselves to www.annexair.com under the NetPlus section of the site. While connected on this service, the lab technician will present live operational graphs and data of the unit tested under the clients design conditions. This remote live-witness test is a premiere in the industry and demonstrates again why Annexair is so different and innovative.
