Annexair - Energy Recovery - ERV - Ventilation Units

Annexair offers an extensive line of ventilation units up to 75,000 cfm. The units incorporate the main air-to-air energy recovery technologies, as well as a variety of heating and cooling options in different configurations. All unit models are available for interior or exterior installation. Where applicable, units can also come as a complete package with air-cooled or water-cooled condensing units. Control panels are designed, built, and installed in the factory ensuring full compatibility of all components.

In ERU's, energy is transferred from the return air stream to the supply air stream. The energy recovery device can be an enthalpy wheel (1), for total recovery, a fixed plate (2), or a heat pipe (1) for sensible recovery. Units exist in single device or dual device configuration (3), with the dual device providing humidity control and increased efficiency.

Annexair manufactures three types of MAU's: In standard make-up air units (1), the outdoor air flows through the unit but there is no return airflow. In mixing units (2), part of the return air is mixed with the outdoor air. In the heat recovery family (3), the airflow passes twice through the heat exchanger (fixed plate or heat pipe) providing free pre-cool/free reheat in dehumidification applications.
