Over the the last few years, protection of the environment has reached a high standard in North America with the adoption of many laws regarding air, water and ground pollution. Yet, we have not accomplished as much as we should have in trying to reduce the combustion of fossil fuels and avoiding wastes that are at the heart of many production processes.
It is to everyone’s benefit to reduce environmental pollution as much as possible through reorientation, inventiveness and efficiency. We must always be aware that the best environmental technologies reduce pollution at its source.
